I had great plans indeed, meanwhile, the cows fled into the background of the painting, I wanted to follow them so badly, but I sensed that they were uncomfortable in my company, so I accepted my fate of leftovers (excrements and their interested visitors, flies). After all, the view was very beautiful.
Unfortunately, I had to leave the place with the arrival of the late warm sun, which gave it what I had been missing all along.
I often come across a comparison problem. Painting has a separate soul and therefore comparing it with a photo of that moment is like comparing a color image with a black and white one.
I don't copy a photo or place, I let my feelings guide me, and I make something unique. :)
