Battling through the surrounding stands of the lake, as in some adventure film, was certainly not the plan. Of course I missed out on a pre-conceived spot, but for that went halfway around the lake.
From the first brush stroke to the last, I felt the connection of the moment, my painting, and me.
What I love the most is how the glow eats away from the emerging trees, and leaving mere fragments of distinctive red in my by brightness blinded eyes.
