A reflection of water, a really extraordinary thing. As the koi carps swam gracefully by, I was scared to death at the thought of them scattering sprouts of water grass, which formed the perfect unique patterns in the surface.
Painting time goes by so fast. I can barely dip my brush into turpentine, when mid-morning is gone as the individual moment of light, shadow, color and shape. (By the way, one of those koi carp is swimming in the upper left corner:)
