I'm in a hurry to school, it's still dark, there're many yellow maple leaves shining on the ground. I am still running, but jump over all the leaves so their bright colors won't get dirty from the mud on my boots.
From that moment on, I have a clear painting in my head. Just find a moment to paint. I was afraid the leaves would rot and turn brown, but there was nothing I could do about it.
The weekend came together with some free time and the rain. My last chance. There will be no more yellow after the rain, so I'm off with my raincoat to finally paint them.
